Payment & Shipping

1. Payment

You can pay for the order by Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and others) or via PayPal.

After clicking “Pay now”, you will be redirected to payment page to complete your purchase securely. Thus, we do not receive, process or store your payment data in any way. Reception and processing is carried out only on the side of the bank's payment system, which complies with the PCI / DSS security standard.

After purchasing the order you will receive a confirmation email.

2. Shipping

We offer free 3-7 day delivery all over EU countries on orders over 35. For other orders shipping price starts from  €6. For other countries delivery time is 5-10 days. 

Delivery is carried out by international transport companies. Your order will be securely packed so that the parcel reaches you safe. The transport company will send you Email and SMS notifications with tracking statuses. You don't have to worry.

Please fill in your data carefully when placing an order.

Note on Delivery Attempts and Pickup:

Usually, after 2-3 unsuccessful attempts at direct delivery, the delivery company may leave your order at a pick-up terminal. If you do not pick up your goods within a reasonable period, the delivery company will send it back to us. This causes extra shipping fees for us. In this case, we can make a refund after we get the goods back to our warehouse, except for all the transport expenditures occurred.

3. Refund 

If you want to cancel your order, then contact us as soon as possible: info@everinktattoo.com. As long as the package hasn't shipped, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Sometimes you change your mind. That's fine 🙂 You can return any unopened, unused Everink products within 14 days of receipt.

We also happily accept the return of unused and undamaged goods and will refund your entire order less the original shipping fees.

Transport costs for returning items or order changes are not compensated by Everink Tattoo. This includes original shipping fees and any additional costs associated with returning or changing your order.
